Benefits

High-density polyurethane injection is used for concrete lifting, stabilization, and void filling. It is preferred by contractors and DOTs due to its many advantages.

Cost Effective

Cost Effective

Concrete raising is typically about half the cost of replacing the same concrete. The cost of raising or stabilizing concrete directly reflects how much leveling material is necessary.

Fast

Fast

Unlike traditional methods, concrete raising does not require removing the old concrete and framing new concrete. It cures quickly, so the surface is ready to use immediately.

Less messy

Less Messy

There is no concrete or grout splatter during the process, and no washdown is needed afterward.

Discreet

Discreet

Polyurethane concrete raising drills a nearly invisible 5/8 inch hole, and the process uses considerably fewer holes than traditional mudjacking. As a result, minimal patchwork is needed.

Lightweight

Lightweight

The foam material will never lose density, is permanent, and weighs only about 2 lbs. per cubic foot. It is lightweight compared to traditional mudjacking material, which weighs on average 100 lbs. per cubic foot.

Environmentally Friendly

Green

The poly foams we use are environmentally friendly, consisting of 39-49% renewable and recycled materials.

Water Resistant

Water Resistant

Its hydrophobic properties prevent moisture intrusion beneath the concrete, protecting the slab and sub-base from water damage and erosion.

When Concrete Raising Isn’t the Solution

Not all concrete can be raised. If concrete is shattered or in a low spot, raising it will not fix the problem. In these extreme circumstances, a replacement will be recommended. It is also important to know that a corner of concrete cannot be raised. However, a series of concrete sections can be raised to repair a specific corner.

Concrete that has been raised due to tree roots or other factors cannot be lowered. Often, the only solution is to raise the surrounding concrete sections to create a level surface.
